Relationships

The foundation of all good work lies in a mindful relationship between the child and the teacher. It is an ongoing dialogue based on mutual respect and on the understanding that the child is an active participant in the learning process.
Education is not about filling the child's mind with facts instead it is a process wherein the child constructs knowledge based on daily experiences and events.
Our goal is to support children in their journey to becoming life long learners.
"Respect me and I will listen.
Cherish me and I will learn to care.
Give me a voice so I can respect the thoughts of others.
Value my mistakes because they help me to grow."

  1. I look so so serious :) I'm constantly construct and re-constructing too because of the children.

  4. I am agree that the relationships between children and teacher are very important. If we want the children respect us, the first thing we need to do is we have to respect them and understand them first. Also, we need to communicate more with the children, support them and cherish them.
